Step 1
Review our website to gather as much information as possible pertaining to options and choices you have as you consider your project.
Step 2
Schedule a phone consultation so a time can be coordinated with a member of our design team. We do our best to respond within 1 business day. The consultation will be informal and the purpose of the phone consultation is to assist and not sell. We will try and determine several different items: What is the purpose of the project, location of the project, project goals and objectives, timeline and budget.
Step 3
Concluding the phone consultation, a member of our team will schedule a convenient time to meet with you on site to determine the possibilities. Our sales design professional will request a survey of your property via email (PDF if possible). This survey will pre-determine any easements and/or setbacks so that the onsite discussion will be as productive as possible. The Survey will expedite the process and is required for Permitting purposes. If it is determined onsite that a design is needed, our sales/design professional will take the proper measurements and prepare for the design by gathering information including photos and elevations. The type of design required will be determined during the site visit. In most cases, a 2-D layout will work, other times a 3-D is required. In some cases, if needed, we must involve architects. The 3-D designs may be associated with a fee depending on the size and scope of the project. Our team will work hard to turn your design and quote around in 1-2 weeks and can be adjusted based on our current workload.
Step 4
After the design is complete, we will coordinate a time to review the design with you in detail. During this part of the process, we will discuss all expectations including costs and processes moving forward to ensure we are on the same page. Following this, a formal proposal with the design will be accepted and signed by the customer along with an initial deposit. This is step is key to get you placed on the schedule and start permitting. Be advised that the schedule can change due to weather and unforeseen supply shortages that are prevalent in our industry.
Step 5
Savage Pools & Patios will then order materials prior to the project. We will also start permitting the project and supplying the HOA with the information needed to satisfy them. This will ensure that all paperwork and materials are staged properly on the job site prior to the start date. In doing so, we are prepared to complete a successful project. Savage Pools & Patios will do our best to start and complete projects in a timely manner.
Step 6
At the completion of the project, we will do a final walk-through with our customers before final payment. Our 3 Year workmanship warranty after the completion of the project will start and a conclusion binder will be provided as well with the information you will need. We reserve the right to take photos and videos of the completed project.
